With over 15 years as a full time Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Utah, I work hard to write a thorough appraisal report, that is accepted by many lenders across the country. I typically complete the appraisal assignment within 2-3 business days from the time of inspection of the property.

I appraise single family residential properties running from condominiums, manufactured housing to more conventional built single family dwellings, with typical apppraisal fees running from $325 and up depending on the property and the complexity of the appraisal assignment. I also appraise vacant land, building sites, new and proposed construction, appraisals for the release of PMI, divorces, and estates.
